I’m gonna go ahead and think big, so… how about Amsterdam? Lots of legal opportunities to be bad there…
As for lecture topics;
-Sexual deviance: weird fetishes and urges that you might consider to be “bad”. The fact that sex is taboo in some contexts does seem kind of strange in a society that tends to sexualize a lot of things.
-The difference in what is considered to be “bad behavior” for men and women.
-Subcultures: groups that has made “being bad” in one way or another, into a lifestyle.
